Teriyaki Marinade
This works well with chicken, pork and catfish!
Put teriyaki, about a 1/2 tbsp per cut of meat or less, garlic to taste, fresh lime or lemon, and black pepper in a bowl or measuring cup. Mix well and pour over meat in a ziploc bag. Put in the refrigerator till you're ready to cook.
*Chicken and fish should not marinate over 4 hours. It won't hurt the chicken but catfish doesn't take well to a long marinade.
