Sausage and Potatoes
1 lb smoked sausage
1/2 package of frozen potatoes O'Brien 1/2 package of frozen mushrooms 1 cup of frozen chopped carrots 1 tsp dried rosemary 2 minced garlic cloves olive oil 1/2 cup of chicken broth kosher salt and pepper to taste |
Coat the bottom of a big skillet with olive oil. Add the garlic, potatoes, mushrooms and carrots. Saute. Break up the frozen veggies as you go. Add rosemary, chicken broth and seasonings. Stir over medium heat. Add the sausage sliced as you like it. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking till the veggies are tender. The whole thing, from start to finish, takes about 30 minutes.
